Flare is a peppy and bouncy kitty.She has lots of energy and she always wants to play or do something.She tries to think on the positive side and forget her father.She likes having friends and she loves to be in the center of attention.She can also be lazy when it comes to her job,asking other poke-cats to 'help' her and then she lays back.She can often come off as annoying,being as talkative and as cheery as she is.She also can come off as stubborn,being able to speak her mind and try do continue whatever she's doing,stupid or not.
EDIT: Now Flare is a bit more laid-back,knowing she doesn't have as much energy anymore,and because of her limp,aka,her burned leg.She's a bit more calm but can still be excited easily.

Past Events
Flare,as a kitten,never knew what happiness was.She was abused every day,at least 10 times a day.She was abused by her own father,an infernape.He had hated her,depised her,loathed her.Only because her mother,a Meganium.Just after Flare was born,her gave her a deep scar down her leg,which now her fur covers up,but it's a permanent mark.He also chased off her mother,and chikorita sister,leaving them to die.
Flare's father,known as Spoic,always made sure to say to Flare after abusing her,"You will never be good enough,Flare.I mean it." Flare knew she was abused,emotionally and almost mentally.But Flare could not stand up to her father,young as she was,as that would get her slayed.Though,she would never forget all the abuse and hate.
Flare,growing older,more strong and fast,but still submissive to her father,started heading to the beach,and tried to see the island of her father spoke of sometimes.He said it was called Cianwood island,and there was so many poke-cats,like her.He also sometimes mentioned how much he hated 'Ashes' and all the others,but he said he actually liked Team Rocket,as they were good to him.Then,it came onto the topic of how Ashes and the rangers tracked him down,and kicked him off the island forever.Flare longed to see the island,and get away from her father.She also decided to hate team rocket,because her father liked them.
One night,just before turning 15,she decided to escape.Escape to the island she couldn't see,the island that was actually very far away,the island that Flare thought might not exist.She quickly built a raft out of logs and vines,and also packed some Oran berries for the way.She was just about to head off when her father,with excellent scence of smell,felt her presence absent.She gasped as his eyes,his angry hateful eyes,opened.He screeched at her."FLARE!GET BACK HERE OR YOU WILL HAVE NO MORE HEAD AND YOUR BODY WILL BE DROWNED!" Flare breathed hard,turned around,and jumped on the raft.Her father,filled with rage,ran down the beach quick as lightning,and jumped into the water.Flare was shocked,her father hated the water,as did she,but he was swimming in it just to kill her.She decided to give herself some last pain to save getting killed.She stuck her water-hating paws into the water and started to paddle on the raft.She quickly outpaced her father,but without some last words from him."F*** you,Flare!I WILL go to Cianwood island one day,and hunt you down!I PROMISE YOU PEICE OF SH**!" he hollered after her.He wasn't afraid to sware,and he was true to his words.He knew one day,he would hunt Flare down,join team Rocket again,and kill her and cause endless chaos.
Flare's breathing was heavy,but she was full of relief.She had escaped her father's merciless claws.She was petrified of his last words from him-to-her,but she tried to forget about that and focus on her journey.
She ran out of food early,1 week and 5 days early.Her journey took two weeks,so she was finished her food supply in the first two days.All she could drink was the fresh water,and that was it.Starved,but hydrated.She became ill,very ill.A couple of hours before her raft washed up on the shore,she passed out of the sickness.Soon after she was found on shore,she was brought to the poke-center,and healed of her horrible sickness.
At the time,however,they were running low on poke-cats,because of a huge war.She could choose from rangers or a villager,because much to her disapointment,there was a trainer overload.She didn't want to be a ranger,so she gladly accepted the job of a villlager.
After arriving
Flare has happily been living the job as a villager and has met many new friends,including a rocket.She has been living pretty good up until the fire's and flood's happening,but she's still pretty happy.
The attack
Then the flames and floods started.
They came out of nowhere.every cat scared.
Then,gastrodon and shellos came.Flare managed to avoid them,but not the next attack,
The slugma and macargo's.
She ran up,and tried to attack one,and in return,they burned her leg.
Thank god for flu who saved her,however.

Flare nodded eagerly. "I don't know,"Said the Snover,"You are a fire type,and you'll wreck our berries by burning them." Flare flinched."But,I'll do the opposite!I'll do whatever you say!Please!I need to prove my worth and prove I can be one of you!" The Snover's eyes glinted with amusement. "I am Trefotur,and I welcome you to the villagers." Flare squeaked happily,and went to grab some berries.
